I’m Dash Radosti, attorney and founder of Equal Justice Solutions—a faith-based public interest law firm and public benefit corporation. Our mission is not just financial recovery for our clients but also delivering real justice and addressing the access-to-justice crisis facing so many.

After graduating from Georgetown, I began my legal career at a top international law firm, but I quickly realized the system often fails those without wealth and power. Growing up in a working-class family, I understand the challenges ordinary people face when dealing with complex legal issues.

My eight years as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, where I rose to the rank of Captain, taught me the importance of strategy, investigation, and precision. I bring these same principles to every case we handle at Equal Justice Solutions. As a former Deputy Attorney General handling fraud, sex trafficking, and child exploitation cases, I saw how institutions often fail the vulnerable. That’s why I started this firm: to restore justice where the system falls short.

We stand up for whistleblowers, employees, consumers, investors, victims of negligence, and those harmed by sexual violence. We also counsel ethical entrepreneurs and nonprofits on sustainable growth. Our faith-based approach fuels our commitment to justice, ensuring that everyone gets a fair shot, regardless of background or resources.

Though a young firm, we are driven by purpose and work with a national network of like-minded attorneys for complex matters. Together we are building a movement to reshape how justice is served.
