Dash Radosti is an attorney at Equal Justice Solutions (EJS), where he is dedicated to addressing the nation’s access-to-justice crisis for harmed individuals and ethical companies alike. His practice focuses on whistleblowers, survivors of sexual abuse, consumers, investors, and businesses facing complex commercial disputes. He also represents employees and advises companies committed to ethical business practices.

Dash founded EJS and serves as its managing attorney, leading the firm’s litigation and strategy while maintaining an active caseload. He is also Of Counsel at Wade Kilpela Slade, a national firm representing consumers and state attorneys general, which provides EJS with additional resources and reach.

Previously, Dash served as a Deputy Attorney General in Delaware’s Fraud and Consumer Protection Division, where he prosecuted complex fraud, consumer protection violations, and cases involving technology, sex trafficking, and child exploitation. He also practiced at a large international law firm, focusing on False Claims Act and complex litigation, and at a boutique investor protection firm handling cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Dash earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he externed with Judge Royce Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the New York Attorney General’s Office. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, with working knowledge of Hindi, he advises clients in multiple languages. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, with admission pending in New York.

Before his legal career, Dash served eight years in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps, rising to the rank of Captain and deploying multiple times to the Middle East in support of the Global War on Terror.

  • State of Delaware v. Meta Platforms, Inc. – Served as Counsel of Record in Delaware’s groundbreaking litigation against Meta for creating a dangerous social media product that harmed children. Helped defeat Meta’s motion to dismiss, allowing claims to move forward in federal court (People of the State of California v. Meta Platforms, Inc., Case No. 4:23-cv-05448).
  • Complex Fraud Litigation – Lead attorney for the State of Delaware in actions against private-equity–backed sales companies and predatory lenders engaged in unfair and deceptive practices, managing millions of documents and deposing executives.
  • Multinational Business Dispute – Obtained a $3.9 million judgment in a cross-border commercial case involving breach of contract and theft of intellectual property.
  • Fiduciary Duty Counterclaim – Assisted in defending a healthcare practice sued by a Fortune 500 company, securing a seven-figure settlement through a counterclaim for breach of fiduciary duty.
