The Small Business Legal Support Program offers reduced-fee legal representation for mission-driven businesses facing commercial litigation, business disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder conflicts, or trade secret issues. We provide sliding scale fees—up to 50% off hourly rates—so small businesses can defend themselves without risking financial stability.
The Pro Bono Legal Program is for individuals with meritorious claims who cannot afford legal representation in matters such as whistleblower retaliation, employment discrimination, civil rights violations, or serious injury and misconduct cases. We reserve part of our caseload for these cases as part of our commitment to justice and service.
We review each application individually. Cases are considered based on financial need, the merits of the dispute, and whether the business or case aligns with our values of integrity, fairness, and responsibility.
Yes. We do not represent companies suing non-executive employees for minor claims, businesses credibly accused of fraud, abuse, or harassment, or cases aimed at retaliation or intimidation. We also do not take insurance defense or personal injury defense matters outside of commercial coverage disputes.
