Disclaimer

This website constitutes attorney advertising pursuant to applicable laws and rules, including but not limited to New York Rule of Professional Conduct 7.1, Pennsylvania Rule 7.2, Delaware Rule 7.2, and similar rules in jurisdictions where our attorneys are admitted to practice. No attorney-client relationship is created by visiting this website, submitting a form, or attending a consultation. You are not a client of Equal Justice Solutions, PBC unless and until you have signed a written retainer agreement. Until then, you remain solely responsible for all deadlines, including statutes of limitation. Failure to act in time may permanently forfeit your legal rights. Consultations may include legal information but do not constitute legal advice unless and until a signed engagement agreement is in place. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information through this website or its forms. If you are experiencing an emergency or psychological crisis, do not contact our firm. Call 911 or seek assistance from emergency services. While we strive to be trauma-informed, we are not a substitute for mental health or crisis care.

Mission & Identity

Equal Justice Solutions, PBC is an ecumenical Christian apostolate rooted in Catholic Social Teaching. Our mission is to spread God’s love through outstanding legal services, especially for the poor, marginalized, and oppressed. We are a faith-based public benefit law firm, but not affiliated with any specific church or denomination—including the Roman Catholic Church or any other rite. For spiritual needs, we encourage you to contact your local parish or pastor. We represent all people, regardless of religious belief, sexual orientation, gender identity, or family status. We reserve the right to decline representation for any lawful reason, including but not limited to alignment with our mission, values, strategic priorities, or capacity. Commercial and institutional clients help fund our pro bono and public interest work, allowing us to serve the vulnerable with the same excellence.

Fees, Guarantees, and Client Responsibilities

Every case is fact-specific. Past outcomes do not guarantee or predict future results. All prices, service terms, and guarantees are subject to a signed written retainer agreement. Website content is informational only and does not modify or override your agreement. We may offer a money-back guarantee, but only under these conditions: it applies only to certain flat-fee matters (not hourly or contingency cases); it must be requested by the client during intake; it must be explicitly written in the signed agreement; and it is void if the client fails to cooperate, provides false information, or breaches the agreement. If it is not in your written contract, it does not exist. Clients are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during intake and throughout the representation. Misrepresentation may result in termination of services.

We do not offer services to individuals or entities subject to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By contacting us from a GDPR-covered jurisdiction, you agree that U.S. law governs your interaction with this site and any services requested.
